Delivery Times

We ship the item from the warehouse within 2-4 business days to the customer.

We ship and sell goods worldwide, and our deliveries under normal circumstances take between 10-15 business days depending on the delivery option you choose. Orders placed on weekends are usually packed and shipped the next business day.

If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as during an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any problems caused by the delivery time. Please wait up to 30 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order by following the order with the tracking number provided.

The products are shipped directly from our partner's warehouse to offer you as a customer the best possible prices. We reserve the right that any errors may occur in connection with third-party logistics. By making a purchase with us, you accept all the terms specified on this website. We therefore advise you to contact us in advance if you have questions regarding purchases before entering into a purchase agreement. For any complaints or other questions, you should always contact us via email.

For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you as a customer 200 kronor for the costs incurred for return shipping and handling fees.

*Our delivery times are only estimated and not guaranteed times and may therefore vary depending on where you live in Sweden.

Where is my order?

Your order will be shipped from our partner's warehouse within 1-3 business days*, we send an email with a delivery confirmation that includes your tracking number and delivery information.

If you are still unsure where your package is, please email us so our support team can assist you further with this.

*During high volumes, processing time may vary up to 7 days, the time given above is only an estimate of what our packages usually take to process. The times above are not guaranteed shipping times. 

Discount codes must be used before completing the purchase. Scandinaviansmiles does not accept discount codes after the purchase is completed. 

My package cannot be tracked, what can I do?

After receiving the email confirmation for the dispatch of your delivery, it may take up to 1-3 business days for the tracking code to become active. If you still have issues, do not hesitate to contact us.
