Refund

For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange of goods within 14 days of receipt. Refund for return shipping is not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw therefore ceases when you break the seal.

Refund Policy: For customers returning one or both products from the "Buy One, Get One" offer, only the purchased product will be refunded at the original purchase price. The free product is considered a bonus and will not be refunded separately.

We ask our customers to note that the "Buy One, Get One" offer is only valid while stocks last and that we reserve the right to change or terminate the offer at any time without notice.

Returns (if applicable)

To utilize the satisfaction guarantee, you need to document your use of the teeth whitening product that is purchased; if multiple products are purchased, separate documentation is required for each product. You should document your use of the product with time-stamped images every day for a 14-day period, then send these images to our email Info@scandinaviansmiles.com with your name and order number, as well as a description of how your process went and why you are not satisfied with the purchase. After we have received your email and approved that the following steps are fulfilled, we can process your refund.


Shipping

We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 750 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Ensure that all returned items are well packaged so they are not damaged in the mail.
  • If you are returning an item over 750 SEK, make sure the return is sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.

Cancellation:
